What materials do you use to make the jewelry?
All pieces are 3D printed using high-quality, lightweight and durable PLA, a biodegradable plastic composed by cornstarch, beet and wheat, and it degrades 70% faster than regular PLA. The brand’s motto is "From earth back to earth".
Are your earrings heavy?
Not at all! One of the reasons we do 3D printing is that the pieces are incredibly light and comfortable to wear all day and all night.
Are your products hypoallergenic?
Yes! All metal parts (such as hooks and studs) are nickel-free and hypoallergenic.
Do the colors of the 3D Print fade over time?
No - the vibrant colors are part of the filament itself, not painted, so they stay bright for a long time with proper care. The material is waterproof as well so no harm in going in water or washing hands. Beware of the stainless steel tho, that may change color overtime.
Do you make custom pieces?
Yes! Feel free to reach out with your idea - if we can model it, we can print it. Let’s match our style and production to your wishes and talk.
What are the metallic parts that unite the pieces?
Every metallic part is stainless steel. For now we don’t work with silver or gold but if required please contact us via email.
Where do you ship from?
All pieces are designed, printed and shipped from Portugal.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs and times will be calculated at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 business days. Delivery time depends on your location.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You can add to your order the shipping option with a tracking number.
How should I care for my 3D printed jewelry?
Store your pieces away from direct sunlight and heat. Clean gently with a soft cloth - avoid hot water, long-term exposer to water, perfumes or chemicals.
Is 3D printed jewelry fragile?
It's more durable than it looks! But like any jewellry item, it should be treated with care - avoid bending or dropping.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused and in their original condition.
My item arrived damaged, what should I do?
So sorry! Please send us a photo and we’ll make it right as soon as possible.
Do you sell in physical stores or only online?
Mostly online, but we occasionally pop up at markets or concept stores. Follow us on Instagram to know where we'll be next!
Can I buy just one earring if I lost the other?
Absolutely! Just get in touch - we usually print a replacement.
What is PLA?
PLA, or Polylactic Acid, is a bioplastic, meaning it's a type of plastic made from biological, renewable sources. There are different types of PLA, some more sustainable than others. This one is made with cornstarch, beet and wheat. It degrades under specific conditions as such, oxygen, moisture, microorganisms, ph and temperature.
